Directions:
Go east on highway 20 from its intersection with highway 101
Turn left at the first light onto Hamey St.
Take the first right off Hamey onto Yaquina Heights Dr.
Continue east on Yaquina Heights Dr. until you see a large water tank and then turn left onto NE Newport Heights Dr.
Follow Newport Heights Dr. down hill and then up again.
Graceland Care Home 1 is located at the top of the heights on your left.

Directions:
Go north on Highway 101 until you reach NW 55th Street.
Turn left on 55th St, but immediately go right parallel with 101 until NW 56th Street
Turn left on NE 55th and take the first right on NW Gladys Street
Turn left on NW 58th Street
Turn right on NW Biggs Street and Graceland Home Care one is on the right
